The report was prepared by Professor Richard Ennals, with editing and additional material by Peter Totterdill.
Aims
The Network sought to explore and evaluate emerging ideas, latest research findings, new methods and innovative case examples in an accessible and challenging way. Each workshop leader has an international reputation and their presentations combined research-based concepts with practical relevance.
Inter-organisation learning also played a key role, and participants reported particular benefits from networking, knowledge sharing and relationship building.
Healthy Working
Making the link between well-being at work and performance, especially in the context of an ageing workforce.
High Performing Workplaces
Achieving high performance through partnership and employee involvement.
Intellectual Capital
Developing and utilising the talent of employees throughout the organisation in order to enhance innovation and competitiveness.
