Futures Final Report July 07
This is an edited version of the reports of the four workshops at Eynsham Hall, supported by the European Social Fund as part of UKWON’s “Adaptable Enterprises” project. The workshops form part of the theme on “The Future of Work and Organisations”, led by Professor Peter Totterdill. The report was prepared by Professor Richard Ennals, with editing and additional material by Peter Totterdill. Aims The Network sought to explore and evaluate emerging ideas, latest research findings, new methods and innovative case examples in an accessible and challenging way. Each workshop leader has an international reputation and their presentations combined research-based concepts with practical relevance. Inter-organisation learning also played a key role, and participants reported particular benefits from networking, knowledge sharing and relationship building.
