An Acas led, emda funded Project
A groundbreaking programme for East Midlands-based organisations committed to achieving real change through employee engagement.
UKWON has been appointed as delivery partner for this ACAS led, emda-funded project which will support ten “beacon” organisations from the East Midlands, to develop strong inspirational leaders and innovative work organisation so as to strengthen management skills, build employee engagement and change organisational culture. The programme will support performance improvements in ways which will also help to make your organisation an ACAS Model Workplace. Organisations will gain practical, expert support over a 12 month period, commencing June/July 2009 to help them develop new approaches to organising work.
