Supporting emerging leaders in an NHS Foundation Trust Hospital

The Trust sought an approach to leadership development for Band 7 and 8 staff which combined enhanced knowledge of the concepts and skills required to lead effective organisations with action learning linked to initiatives targeted at improvements in, for example, patient outcomes and cost effectiveness.

We worked with the Trust to develop an integrated approach to learning and action, delivering six customised modules to two cohorts of staff.
